Elk County Council on the Arts hiring Public Art Program Manager

The Elk County Council on the Arts (ECCOTA) is seeking an individual to fill the position of Public Art Program Manager. This is a Full – Time Exempt Position with a $31,000 annual salary.

This individual will serve as the face of ECCOTA throughout the region, developing and maintaining relationships with local and regional partners, and with the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA). Primarily responsible for executing the Arts in Education (AIE) program and Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA) granting programs. This position reports to the Executive Director. In addition, this individual will cover shifts at the ECCOTA sales gallery and assist the Executive Director with other ongoing functions and responsibilities, including providing administrative support for the Wilds Cooperative of PA.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, friendly, and have the ability to multi-task and quickly problem solve. No artistic talent or ability is required, but an interest in the arts is preferred. Non-profit, grant-seeking, education, and/or project management experience is preferred but not required.
