Host an event during GEW Penn State 2021
Join us November 8 – 12 to celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week! If you’re planning on hosting an event in the month of November that supports the national themes of education, ecosystems, inclusion, and policy, we want to help you promote it.
To have your event listed on the Penn State GEW website please complete the GEW Event Details Form. Upon submitting your event, you will receive access to a GEW digital marketing and communications toolkit to help with your promotional efforts.
If you’re unable to host an event this year, you’re welcome to attend any number of #GEWPSU events. This year’s celebration will feature a variety of virtual and hybrid sessions, so no matter where you are across the Commonwealth (or the world), you’ll be able to tune in.

Focus on Local: PA Wilds + Hello Social team up for GEW event
Businesses and organizations in the Pennsylvania Wilds seeking to receive hands-on social media marketing training for their brand have an opportunity to attend a November 8 mini-conference-style workshop in Emporium. The event is being held as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week at Penn State University, and is sponsored by the PA Wilds Center for Entrepreneurship.
To be held from 10 a.m. to noon on November 8 at the Cameron County Artisan Center, the Focus on Local: Community-Based Social Media Marketing Workshop features customized marketing training based on Hello Social Co.’s “Focus on Local” Approach.
