Art in the Wilds is an outdoor juried fine art show set in beautifully wooded Evergreen Park in the center of Kane, Pennsylvania. During the fourth weekend in June, a group of fine artists and artisans assemble for the annual Art in the Wilds show.

The featured artists come primarily from Pennsylvania and neighboring states in the mid-Atlantic region, but the event attracts visitors from all over western Pennsylvania, western New York, and eastern Ohio.

Browsing the tents, visitors find handmade jewelry, pottery, glass arts, wood products, sculptures, and other finely crafted work.  An exhibition of student artwork from area high schools is also displayed.

Art in the Wilds began in 2006 as a discussion amongst friends. The chosen name was a natural fit, combining “Art” with the location nestled in the state-designated “Pennsylvania Wilds” region.

Today, Art in the Wilds is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to expand the role of the arts in our rural communities, to promote economic development and to provide a platform for artists to display their works.
