The City of Lock Haven is a 3rd Class City in Clinton County and is home to about 8,500 residents. Lock Haven boasts many small and locally owned businesses that range from restaurants and shops, to photographers and makers who take advantage of the connections of a small town to help their business grow. The City is focused on creating the best quality of life for its residents. We are always open to new ideas, public comments, and initiatives that will make the City of Lock Haven the best place to live -- although we think it already is!
