The Community Education Center of Elk & Cameron Counties (CEC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit. We provide access to continuing - and - higher education in our rural region. The CEC relies on strong partnerships with entities such as the local Intermediate Unit, school districts, the Northern PA Regional College, Pitt Bradford, Penn State DuBois, the North Central Workforce Development Board, PA CareerLink®, Pearson VUE, the GED Testing Service®, and many area employers. The CEC is the proud developer of two of the region’s premier educational programs: Leadership Elk & Cameron, which serves professionals, and the DISCOVER Partnership which makes connections between school districts and businesses. Every week, the CEC serves students, test candidates, and meeting attendees who are from the local area and many who are visiting for the first time!
