Surrounded by the beautiful central Pennsylvania mountains, The Cramer Family Mountain Inn sits in the center of town and is one of the largest well known homes on the mountain top. It is just one mile off of interstate 80 and 25 miles to State College, PA. The property was purchased by Logan M. Kelley Sr. and Alice C. Kelley on July 1, 1914 and a home was built by 1917. Throughout the generations, the home has remained in the family and is currently owned by siblings Tricia (Cramer) Fox and Ryan Cramer. The Cramer Family Mountain Inn offers a fun getaway for family and friends looking to take ATV/UTV adventures, attend Penn State events, or visit the elk trails. The B&B can also be a location to stay for family gatherings or a quiet getaway in the mountains. The Inn offers two rooms with an en-suite bath and a queen and king bed respectively, two rooms that share the hall bath with one room having a queen bed and the other with two twin xl beds and a suite that has a private entrance, kitchenette and queen bed. Our Inn is ATV/UTV friendly with plenty of parking for trailers and toy haulers. It is the prime location at the start of the approved ATV/UTV street access to the Snow Shoe Rails to Trails (SSRTA) trailhead. It is close to multiple state parks and forests such as Black Moshannon State Park and Bald Eagle State Park. The Inn is also located on the PA Wild Scenic Highway, and is the start of the Elk Scenic Drive, fairly close to Bennezzette, PA (elk country welcome center). In addition to the Inn, a gift shop is in the original living room space of the home. This area is designed to offer one-of-a-kind and local products and gifts, gear and supplies specific to ATV/UTV trail riding enthusiasts, and football/sports fans. It also provides local community members a place to shop locally and get a cup of coffee and donut since there are limited options in town. Items in this gift shop are from small businesses and local venders. Hours of operation for the Gift Shop: Friday - 10AM - 5PM Saturday 9AM - 2PM Sunday 9AM - 12PM
