ECCOTA features high quality handmade artisan goods created by over 50 local and regional artists in a variety of mediums. ECCOTA is a Pennsylvania Council on the Arts partner, providing Arts in Education residencies and Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts grants to the north central PA region.
