John Ryan Brewery is an artisan restaurant with an onsite brewery in a restored French Second Empire mansion. John Ryan Brewery has a full kitchen with an ever-changing menu that is one of a kind with Japanese, Italian, and French culinary influence. John Ryan Brewery operates several dining rooms including our main dining room, full bar, and late night tavern. John Ryan Brewery is open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm and for Saturday from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
