I am a 7th generation farmer, located in Mansfield...in the heart of PA Wilds. I have lodging that I rent out through Airbnb and other platforms for folks to come explore the area and enjoy life on the farm. I am passionate about growing delicious ingredients to use in recipes that have been passed down in my family. There is a farm store on-site, stocked with my products, that is open daily. In the store you'll find items produced here on the farm such as jams, jellies, salsa, artisan breads, home-made sauerkraut, ground horseradish, lettuce and much more. Tourists come from all over the world, due to my proximity to Rt 15, as they travel to other destinations such as Niagra Falls. I am located right outside of Mansfield and easy to get to. I'm also in the dark skies region so it's an awesome place for stargazers, when Cherry Springs is booked full.
