Penn State Extension's Master Watershed Steward Program trains and empowers volunteers to protect environmental resources in their communities. Working with conservation organizations, businesses, community organizations, and government entities, we develop partnerships and leverage resources to increase watershed restoration and awareness efforts, educate the community about water and natural resources, and advance on-the-ground restoration projects. This program is based out of the Cameron County office, though we also operate out of all Penn State Extension offices in the PA Wilds.
