Designed, built and operated using rigorous Living Building Challenge standards, RE Farm Café optimizes opportunities for community learning exchanges respecting a more intimate relationship with farming, our unique story of place, ecosystem revitalization and sustainability, innovative and healthy dining experiences, and a commitment to a robust and safe local food system. RE provides a living, working, net-positive lab for learners of all ages, the general public, university students, farmers, and school aged children.
