Clarion Summer fest includes three event weekends, the first weekend of each summer month: June, July & August. The fest is designed to attract community members & the public to visit Clarion including: pop up shops featuring local entrepreneurs, live music events, the BIG outdoor festival, sidewalk chalk main event.
