I am a wood flower artist. I create some of the wood flowers from rolls of sola wood. I hand paint, dip dye, and airbrush the flowers. After the flowers have been colored i arrange them in bouquets including bridal and home decor arrangements as examples of "craft". As "fine art" I incorporate and adhere the wood flowers on canvas images to create dimension and detail on the canvas, transforming the canvas into a 3 dimensional piece of art. Another example of my "fine art" creation would be the use of the wood flowers on skulls. I style the skulls with wood flowers and premium materials such as lace applique and swarovski crystal to give each skull style and personality.
