We are a 4300 tap maple syrup producer. We make over 1000 gallons of maple syrup each year. We sell all of our syrup in retail containers, to retail and wholesale customers. We make maple value added products,such as maple kettle corn, maple cotton candy, maple sugar, maple candy, maple cream, maple mustard and others. We also produce a line of jams and pickles. In the summer through fall we operate a produce stand. Were we offer fresh produce and peaches, apples, mums pumpkins and apple cider. We produce the apple cider on site.
