Seed your BIG IDEA and watch it grow: Agricultural, food and beverage entrepreneurs could win up to $25,000
Did you know Ben Franklin Technology Partners is an award-winning, tech-based economic development program? Ben Franklin has been investing in tech startups and small manufactures for nearly 40 years. And now, they are looking for innovators with BIG IDEAS who are developing new products or processes in the agriculture (AG) and food/beverage industries.
Ben Franklin is looking for innovative and scalable solutions in agriculture, food and beverage industries. Examples might include a new approach to drone and smart farming, soil and crop health, pest management, AG machinery and automation, robotic solutions, sensor applications, dairy management, innovative food and beverage products, food packaging, processing and supply chain solutions, and more!
So why should you apply to this BIG IDEA Contest? Because you want to win!
Since Ben Franklin started running these contests, more than $2 million in cash prizes have been awarded throughout our program’s 32-county footprint in central and northern Pennsylvania. Winning the grand prize of up to $25,000 will go a long way in helping you further develop your BIG IDEA and grow your AG-based or food/beverage startup with some much-needed seed funding. But, the pitch experience you’ll gain, the business training offered, and the contacts you’ll make are often more valuable than the money.
If you have not previously received funding from Ben Franklin or won a cash prize in an earlier contest, visit BIGIDEA.BenFranklin.org for contest rules, FAQ, and to check out the application process.
The deadline for entries is August 29, 2022.
