Virtual PA Wilds Makers Market Slated for October 23; Vendor Applications Due by September 24
PA Wilds enthusiasts can easily find products, services and experiences proudly made in the Pennsylvania Wilds during the 2nd annual PA Wilds Makers Market on Saturday, October 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Taking place at www.pawilds.com/makers-market, the virtual event features a video stream where artisans and crafters from the Pennsylvania Wilds give live demonstrations, tours of their studios and shops, and interviews about their small businesses. An easy-to-use directory also allows viewers to learn more about the participating artists, view their artwork, and find their shops to make a purchase.
All participating vendors are members of the Wilds Cooperative of PA (WCO), a network of more than 350 artisans, small businesses, nonprofits and communities from the PA Wilds.
Shoppers and live stream viewers can expect to see unique beauty and self-care items crafted from items grown in the artisans’ gardens, handmade fiber items, jewelry and fine art, agricultural and food items, and more! In addition, many of the artisans offer custom products, perfect for the holidays.
