Use of WildsCoPA.org
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of WildsCoPA.org. WildsCoPA.org is managed by PA Wilds Center for Entrepreneurship, Inc., a regional nonprofit and Equal Opportunity Provider, on behalf of the Wilds Cooperative of Pennsylvania (WCO) network. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use WildsCoPA.org if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “You” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to the Wilds Cooperative of PA. “Party”, “Parties”, “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Availability and Use of This Site
WildsCoPA.org will usually be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We may, however, need to interrupt or suspend your access to the Site or the provision of the Site’s services and Content, for maintenance, technical or other reasons. When accessing and using the Site and its services and Content, you must comply with directions, instructions or protocols posted on the Site. We are pleased to be able to offer a wide range of exclusive Content on the Site for your educational and learning needs, which we aim to regularly add to. The Content will be updated, changed or removed from time to time, at our discretion, so we can’t guarantee that specific Content will always be available on the Site.

Those who engage in transactions with WildsCoPA.org by purchasing WildsCoPA.org’s services, products or event registrations, are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, WildsCoPA.org collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with WildsCoPA.org. WildsCoPA.org does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities. Payment processing is completed securely using PayPal, and WildsCoPA.org never stores credit card information.

You are free to publicize wildscopa.org website content and share tools and resources by referring to its source and author.

WildsCoPA.org may, from time to time, make messaging services, chat services, bulletin boards, message boards, blogs, other forums and other such services available on or through the Site. In addition to any other rules or regulations that we may post in connection with a particular service, you agree that you must not upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish through the site or any service or feature made available on or through the site, any materials which:
- restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the site or the site’s services;
- are fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, pornographic, profane, sexually explicit or indecent;

WildsCoPA.org reserves the right, but does not have an obligation, to monitor and/or review all information and materials posted to the site or through the site, and WildsCoPA.org is not responsible for, and assumes no liability for, any such materials posted by users. However, WildsCoPA.org reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or government request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in WildsCoPA.org’s sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of these Membership Terms, WildsCoPA.org’s policies or applicable law.
WildsCoPA.org may also impose limits on certain features of the forums or restrict your access to part or all of the forums without notice or penalty if we believe you are in breach of these Membership Terms or applicable law, or for any other reason without notice or liability.
It is important to remember that comments submitted to a forum may be recorded and stored in multiple places, both on our site and elsewhere on the Internet, which are likely to be accessible for a long time and you have no control over who will read them eventually. It is therefore important that you are careful and selective about the personal information that you disclose about yourself and others, and in particular, you should not disclose sensitive, embarrassing, proprietary or confidential information in your comments to our public forums
Membership
The terms and conditions of membership are designed with you, our members, in mind. These terms and conditions apply to all our members. They are necessary to make sure we can offer a safe platform for you and other members to share knowledge, tools, resources, and experience.
Suspension or Termination
WildsCoPA.org may suspend or terminate your registration as a Member and deny you access to your Member Area immediately if: you breach these Membership Terms or any other terms and conditions, agreements or rules governing the Site; WCO is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us when you initially sign up as a Member or in the course of using the site; or WCO believes that your actions may cause legal liability for you, our other Members or us.
