The Covation Center offers MasterClass Cohort to help businesses grow profits
The Covation Center is inviting 30 businesses to participate in the Engaging Main Street virtual cohort program, a small business growth program providing curriculum-based, round-table discussions, and intensive 1-on-1 mentoring/coaching sessions.
The program includes 10-weekly virtual meet-ups where the Covation Center staff offers business owners the tools needed to face present and future challenges, including helping businesses survive and thrive in this new COVID-19 world.
The next virtual cohort will begin on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. The registration deadline is March 12.
With an eye toward help business owners increase their profit margins, the cohort will include lessons on vision and mission, understanding and reaching customers, valuing products and services, understanding cashflow, and the employee lifecycle.
